General Return Policy

1. Veryk offers you hassle free returns for a full refund or replacement within 15 days from the receive date (special products excluded).
Return for a refund or a replacement will not be accepted by Veryk beyond the 15 days (from the receive date) of Worry- Free Coverage. You will have to mail the products directly to the manufacture for repair (if they provide such services) and assume the shipping costs generated during this process. Customers applying for return will receive our email notification and have two choices: To receive an equivalent replacement or to return for a full refund within 15 days of the delivery.

2.Qualification for Return(refund or exchange)
In order to qualify for a return (refund or exchange), all products require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number before being returned. Products must be 100% complete with original manufacturer’s packaging and standard Product Serial Number or UPC Code (originally placed and not tampered with). All packing materials, contents and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be disassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. All returns will be inspected and those non-qualified and / or non-conforming returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee* at Veryk's sole discretion.

(Special / Custom / Heavy products are excluded, and cannot be returned).

3. Non-qualified Returns and Restocking Charges
Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in Veryk’s return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a 15% restocking fee at Veryk's sole discretion. This includes (but not limited to) items that are wrongly ordered, items the client no longer wants after order is placed, or a product that the client ‘doesn’t like’ or is unsatisfied with. If the item is in proper working order and is NOT defective, the item will be considered non-qualifying and will be subject to rejection or a 15% restocking fee.

4. Defective, Wrong or Damaged Items
Veryk takes full responsibility for defective items, wrong items shipped or items damaged during delivery. Customers can replace the item online by filling out the RMA form for replacement.

5. Bundle Purchase
Items sold as part of a bundle special may not be returned or replaced individually for that individual item. If you wish to return or replace a Bundle Special, you must return the entire bundle.

6. Open Box Items
Veryk sells items that are listed as “open-box”. Such items are sold at greatly reduced prices and subject to a limited return policy. Open box items can only be returned for refund within 15 days of delivery. Veryk does not provide any replacement service for these items. As the items are sold at a largely reduced price, the entire risk, as to the quality and performance of these items, is with the buyer. Although these items have been tested for functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including, but not limited to, dings, dents or scratches. In case these items exhibit a functional defect after their purchase, the buyer (not the distributor, manufacturer, or Veryk) assumes the total cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. If you purchase a product at a largely reduced price, Veryk will only guarantee that you receive the product itself. Accessories may not be included with it. In that case, you need to buy the missing accessories yourself.

Special Return Policy

Mobile Phones or Devices Return Policy
Product(s) must be in new condition, in order to qualify for return. Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return:

Products that are physically damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
Products that are returned without all accessories or packing contents, such as batteries, user manuals etc.

Note: Make sure that your service is cancelled with the carrier before you return the phone. Failure to discontinue service may result in additional carrier charges. The customer takes full responsibility for all carrier charges incurred.

Photographic Equipment Return Policy
Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return:

Products that are physically damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
Products that are returned without all accessories or packing contents, such as batteries, user manuals etc.

Computer Products Return Policy
Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return or replacement:

Products that are physically damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
Products that are returned without all accessories or packing contents, such as adaptors, batteries, user manuals, computer cases, etc.

Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support, in order for an RMA, to Veryk, to get authorized.

Monitor Return Policy
Product(s) must be in new condition, in order to qualify for return. Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return or replacement:

Products that are physically damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
Products that are returned without all accessories or packing contents, such as adaptors, batteries, user manuals, computer cases, etc.

LCD Displays cannot be returned with less than 8 (eight) dead LCD pixels.

Memory Return Policy
Product(s) must be in new condition, in order to qualify for return. Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return or replacement:

Any memory exhibiting physical damage.
Modules missing the manufacturer warranty label.
Modules missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number .
Modules that were shipped with a manufacturer-applied heat spreader, but have had the heat spreader removed.
"Kit" Modules (which contain 2 or more memory modules packaged together) that are not returned as complete set.
Flash Memory, USB Drives, Thumb Drives, or any related product that is returned without the cap or protective casing

FPD Television Return Policy
Product(s) must be in new condition, in order to qualify for return. Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return or replacement:

Any television that is physically damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse.
Any television that is returned without original package or packing contents

LCD Displays cannot be returned with less than 8 (eight) dead LCD pixels.

Note: For televisions above 37 inches, an adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery.

 

Video Disc Return Policy
Product(s) must be in new condition, in order to qualify for return. Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.
Returned CDs, DVDs, Tapes, Videotapes, Software, and Vinyl Records, once their plastic wrap has been opened, cannot be returned for a full refund. Refund amount is 50% of product price.

 

Video Games & Software Return Policy
Product(s) must be in new condition, in order to qualify for return. Product(s) cannot be returned once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.

Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.

Adobe Student Edition software cannot be returned for a refund or a replacement.

OEM software cannot be returned.

Downloadable software is non-refundable and may only be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery.

DVD-ROMs that are damaged when received can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery.

Damaged disk or nonfunctional software can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery.

Downloadable software products and prepaid game cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Consumable Items Return Policy
Consumable items are objects such as Ink Cartridges, Toner Cartridges, Ink Ribbon, Projector Bulbs etc. cannot be returned, for any reason, once their packaging or outer wrapping has been opened.
Printers and wireless devices can be returned within 15 days of delivery if the items are sealed and unopened in its original package.

Watches Return Policy
Watches must be returned in new, unworn condition with original packaging and complete packing contents (including packing material, specification, and accessories).
Defective products, with their package opened, can be returned for a replacement within 15 days of delivery if the damage is not due to human error.
All watches will undergo quality testing before accepting the return.

Return Procedure

Simple steps for return:

  1. Visit our Online Returns Center and get a return mailing label and return mailing authorization. We will inform you within one business day whether your RMA is valid or not.
  2. Pack the items and return mailing authorization securely in the packing box used to deliver the item.
  3. Attach the return mailing label to the outside of the packing box (clear tape is best) and mark the RMA number on the outside of the packing box.
  4. Mail the package at your designated carrier's location. Returned goods will be processed within 7 business days (from the date Veryk receives the return).
Note: Each return mailing label is uniquely assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, please do not pack items from other orders or other shipments in the same box.
